I had an eyelash perm and eyebrow shaping done. They provided thorough consultation from the start, which made me feel at ease during the procedure. For the eyebrow shaping, they even removed the fine hairs on my eyelids, which I can't easily do myself, so my morning routine will be much easier from now on.

The customer service attitude varied greatly depending on the staff member. Despite it being an eye area procedure, the service was sloppy. It stung and was awful during the procedure, and I couldn't stop crying even after leaving the salon. I thought it was relatively cheaper than other salons, but it was worth the price, or even less. I won't be going back.

I requested the Maetel color + black tint. This is my first time getting the black tint, so I don't know how much of a difference it makes, but there are clearly some hairs that weren't colored. Looking at the receipt, it says "Treatment/1100 yen". Maybe they didn't even do the black tint in the first place...

The salon had a great atmosphere, they explained everything carefully, and my eyelashes were curled beautifully, so I was very happy! It was easy to go there even though it was my first time.

I made a reservation through the Minimo app. It was my first time, so I was anxious and had many questions, but they explained everything to me very kindly. 🙂‍↕️ The finished result was absolutely wonderful, and I would love to visit again.*˚
