Venus Lash Roppongi

Randomly booked this place on Hot Pepper and was a little nervous since my Japanese level is quite low. Fukao-san was so kind and nice and she really made me feel at ease and everything went well despite the occasional wakarimasen from me. She gave me a gorgeous eyelash perm and a very well done brow lamination. The whole process was very comfortable. I will definitely come back.

nanami san was great!!! I always fidget around during my extensions because of how long and uncomfortable the whole process is, but nanami san was quick and extremely gentle. I even fell asleep during my stay at the salon, which never happened during my previous sessions elsewhere. The only advice i’d give is that there should be a quiet sign so that when other customers come in they don’t disturb the others who are sleeping during their treatment. Other than that, 10/10 would go again.

It's located across the street from Midtown. Many eyelash salons are small, but this one is spacious and comfortable. The seats aren't completely private, but there are partitions so you can relax. If you arrive on time for your appointment, you won't have to wait too long to be seen to. The staff was very friendly and there were no problems with the results or durability.

I come here once a month for an eyelash perm. All the staff are kind and do the perm carefully. The inside of the salon is also very clean and comfortable! Thank you as always!

The salon was very clean. The treatment was so gentle and relaxing that I completely fell asleep. Of course, I'm very happy with the results! I felt safe entrusting myself to them because they have thorough measures in place to prevent the spread of COVID-19. I'll definitely be back!
