I've been a long-time customer, and even after moving further away, I continued to go because the service was excellent. However, I was extremely disappointed with how this experience went. First, as a disclaimer, I don't have a specific staff member I request. Since my previous assigned staff member left a few months ago, I've been served by whoever was available at the time. This time, a staff member was assigned, but apparently, they were unable to come to work due to illness. Upon later checking, I found that an email to that effect had been sent, but there was absolutely no follow-up to confirm whether I had seen it. In the past, they've called me when appointments changed, so I was puzzled as to why there was no such response this time. Furthermore, there was no suggestion to transfer me to another staff member. As a result, despite traveling about an hour to get there, I was simply informed of the cancellation on the spot, and the experience ended with only a brief apology. I felt that my time and effort were completely disregarded, which is very disappointing. I believe this could have been prevented with a simple phone call or by suggesting a transfer to another staff member beforehand. Because of this incident, my trust in this establishment has been damaged, and I will not be using their services again.

I get my nails done here every month. The atmosphere of the salon and the staff are all great, and the treatments and designs are always beautifully done.

I've been going there since this year! Not only do they always do a beautiful job down to the smallest detail, but the staff are all so friendly and easy to talk to, which makes it a very pleasant experience. It's popular, so you need to book early, otherwise it can get fully booked and you might not be able to get an appointment! The hot towel and cream hand care at the end is also a unique and wonderful touch.
