I had my lashes done by Miyashita at this salon twice now and both experiences have been amazing! She helped me choose the perfect lashes for my eye shape and her English is excellent which made the whole experience so comfortable. I would definitely recommend this salon for anyone looking to get eyelash extensions in Tokyo

O was traveling and was referred to this salon. Before my appointment, I confirmed the price through IHARA that it would be ¥4,990, but after the service I was charged ¥5,990. When I asked why, I was given different explanations. Later, when I called, they admitted it was a mistake but asked me to come back to the salon to fix the charge instead of resolving it themselves. As a traveler, that was very inconvenient and felt unprofessional. If you don’t speak Japanese, I recommend confirming the final price in writing before your appointment.
