I've been getting eyelash extensions for 15 years. I've been to about five different places during that time, but my first impression was that the treatment chair was the most luxurious. The salon was clean, tastefully decorated, and very comfortable. Both the reception staff and the treatment staff were elegant and left a great impression. During the pre-treatment consultation, I was able to discuss the desired finish, length, and curl in detail! This was my first time getting LED eyelash extensions, and I hope they last a long time. There were other people waiting in the waiting room, which shows how popular this salon is – the treatment and the results were impressive! 10 years is amazing! I'll definitely go again (*^^*)

I get my eyelashes permed every time! The salon is spotlessly clean, the consultation is thorough, and even my stubborn, unruly eyelashes are lifted beautifully and exactly as I wanted. I'm extremely satisfied. During the treatment, they constantly ask if my eyes are stinging or if I'm cold, showing great concern and providing attentive service. I'm very happy with their service! Conveniently located near the station, excellent technique, and fantastic customer service—everything was perfect! The consultation was thorough, making it easy to visualize the finished design, and I felt completely at ease entrusting my lashes to them. Of course, there was no stinging or pain, and the technique was superb. The finished result had a uniform curl, giving me the ideal lashes. The salon itself is clean and stylish! My wife was getting eyelash extensions, so I got an eyelash perm. The fact that you can go directly to a private room from the front desk is great, as men can go without interacting with female customers. It's about a 2-minute walk from Machida Station, so it's easy to get to even on rainy days. The technician who performed the treatment was very kind from the consultation onwards, and also gave us instructions on how to maintain our lashes afterward. We'll definitely be back for more treatments!

I booked an appointment at this salon because it was listed on minimo. My reservation was for 11am, but the salon asked if I could cancel if either 10am or 11:30am worked for them. I didn't have any plans, so I agreed to change it to 10am. The reservation was then confirmed, but that night I suddenly received a notification saying, "Your reservation has been canceled with your consent." What? What's that about? I wasn't consulted about anything, I didn't consent to anything, and the reservation was confirmed, right? So I sent a reservation request and asked for an explanation. They said it seemed they had accidentally canceled with someone else and asked me to wait a little while. But I waited and waited and still haven't heard anything. What's going on??? This post is being written on the day of my original reservation. If there was a reservation conflict, they should have just said so, and instead of saying "cancelled with customer consent," couldn't they have at least said it was due to the salon's circumstances? I waited because they asked me to wait, but they said nothing. Isn't that incredibly inconsiderate, even if it's minimo?? Their response is terrible, so please explain what's going on.
