まつパ＆マツエクをお願いしました。 施術直後、左右差が気になったのですが時間が経てば馴染むのか？と思い1日様子を見ました。 結果、次の日に確認しても左右差が酷かった為お直しの電話をしましたが、 お直しの際の対応があまりに酷くクチコミさせていただきます。 まず謝罪はなく、確認しますねと言われ 目の写真を何枚か撮られました。 その後、まつパをやり直すかどうかを聞かれ 再びまつパだと痛むのでマツエクでお願いしたいと伝えたところ、別料金が掛かると言われました。 「あれ？マツエクとまつパのメニューでしたよね？どうしてマツエクは別料金かかるんですか？」と聞いたところ、少々お待ちくださいと言い退室し、 戻って来たと思いきや「今回は初回ですので無料にさせていただきます」と言われました。 私が聞かなければ別料金支払わされたと思うと怒りが込み上げてきました。 もう左右差がなくなるのであればどちらでもいいのでお任せしますと伝えると まつパでやり直され、結局左右差はそんなに変わらずでした。 割といいお値段なのにこんな対応かぁとガッカリでした。 別料金がかかるのであれば事前に知らせる又は記載しておくべきだと思います。 二度と行きません。

This is a beautiful, relaxing salon. The treatment bed has heaters at the feet, so it's nice and warm, and I thought it was a wonderful thoughtful touch. The service and treatment were both attentive, and although I ask for a different design each time, the salon carefully listened to my requests during the consultation and once again was very satisfied with the result. The eyelash extensions are also long-lasting, so I recommend them. I'd love to come again!

The salon is bright, clean, and has a calming atmosphere. All of the lash technicians are also calm and collected. They always answer my questions politely and are happy to discuss my concerns, so I feel at ease during my treatment. There's no pushy attitude, which is also reassuring. The results are always beautiful. I currently use 80 muffle wraps for maintenance, adding more every three weeks. Flat lashes give a natural look, while muffle wraps give a more impactful finish. Before I got eyelash extensions, it took a lot of time every morning to apply my curler and mascara, and removing my makeup was also a pain, but now my eyes look defined even without eye makeup, so busy mornings are a breeze. Even when I sweat a lot while playing sports, my eyelashes don't come off like eye makeup, and I feel like I'm wearing makeup even without it, so I'm happy to be able to go out quickly.

The treatment was done carefully, and I'm very happy with the results! I use their services for eyelash perms. The staff are kind and attentive, which I appreciate. The salon is clean and comfortable. I would like to continue going there.

This was my first time getting eyelash extensions. They carefully examined the condition of my eyelashes and suggested a design that suited my eyes, so I felt completely at ease! These are the most beautiful extensions I've ever had at any salon, and I'm extremely satisfied!! My friends have also complimented me on how beautiful my eyelashes are, which makes me very happy! I'll definitely be back next time!
