This was my first time visiting the store. The staff member's explanations were easy to understand, and I was able to quickly achieve the eyebrow shape I wanted, so I'm very satisfied! I'll definitely be coming back!

The service was very polite, and the eyelash perm was lovely. They explained everything to me from the beginning, so I felt at ease.

The results were good. However, the sales pitch was persistent from start to finish, which was very unpleasant. It wasn't a relaxing experience. Also, I was concerned about hygiene due to the technician's excessively long artificial nails. It gave the impression of a lack of professionalism for someone working with the eye area. It's a shame, especially since the results were good. I hope this is helpful for anyone considering using their services.

I received treatment from the manager, and he was very polite and courteous in both the treatment and conversation. He was a lovely person, and I'd definitely like to request his services again!

Their touch and tension are so delicate, and they curl my lashes perfectly without hurting me at all, and each strand is perfectly aligned. I could feel their high level of skill everywhere. As they themselves said, they are "eyelash geeks," and I think their knowledge and technique are truly top-notch. Also, while many salons only recommend products for their sales, this salon takes into account the condition of my lashes, the products I already have, my preferences, and even the amount I use, before suggesting what I really need and what would suit me. I found their attitude of clearly communicating what I needed to be very trustworthy, and I felt that we were on the same wavelength. Even when we talk about things other than eyelashes, there's just the right amount of private conversation, making for a very comfortable time. This is a salon where you can trust them with everything, from technique to knowledge to personality. I've finally found a place I want to keep going back to. It looks like it's becoming a popular salon, so I'll be sure to make reservations in advance from now on! Lol
