My usual salon closed down, so I booked an appointment on HPB because the prices and photos were great. The initial consultation was incredibly thorough, and they incorporated all my requests! I didn't know the staff member's name, so for my second appointment I booked a free appointment instead of requesting a specific stylist, but they were also very skilled, and I'm extremely satisfied! It seems like they properly share the initial client records, so I feel confident that I'll get high-quality results no matter who I choose! Getting upper and lower lash perms and eyebrow shaping for just over 10,000 yen is incredibly affordable and I'm very grateful! 🙏
