Great eyelash perm and such a kind lady! Speaks great English!

The consultation was thorough, with design photos shown, and I'm satisfied with the result of my upper eyelashes. However, the perm on my lower eyelashes, which was done to correct ingrown eyelashes, didn't take at all; there was hardly any difference before and after the procedure. Also, during the procedure, I felt a sharp, needle-like pain near the base of my lower right eyelashes. The technician seemed to have a cold, and repeatedly left the room to cough and blow her nose during the procedure, so I didn't have a chance to tell her about the pain at the time. When I mentioned the stinging sensation during the final check, she temporarily relieved it by wiping off the chemicals and blowing air, but the pain continued afterward. The next morning, I couldn't stop crying, and upon checking, I found that the mucous membrane near my lower right eyelid was peeling. I feel that this situation should have been noticed during the procedure, and an explanation should have been given. Furthermore, I was concerned that the procedure was performed while the technician appeared to be unwell.
