I had been a customer for eyelash perms several times. On the night of the perm, about three of my eyelashes fell out straight, but I couldn't come back for three days due to work. I explained the situation on the fourth day, but they insisted it wasn't covered under warranty. The curl of my eyelashes was uneven overall and didn't look like it had been four days since the perm, which made me feel their technique was lacking, but they said it was unavoidable because it depended on the condition of my eyelashes. I will never go there again.

They also provide fans when it's hot, and there are soft chairs, lap blankets, a dresser (with iron), and candy, so I personally appreciate the hospitality and many other things. Since coming here (especially to Ms. Sakakibara), I've been satisfied with the results every time! She uses her skill to compensate for the differences in the length of my eyelashes! The salon is also conveniently located and easy to access.
