I arrived at the salon 15 minutes early, but no one was there. I called, but only the phone in front of me rang, leaving me stranded for several minutes. After repeatedly calling out, a staff member finally came out from the back. The service was good, but the eyelash perm was uneven, with the curl being similar to what you'd see two weeks after a perm. The person who assisted me was an Asian person, not a Japanese national. The treatment was scheduled to take an hour, but it took about 15 minutes longer. I think it's best to have it done by a properly qualified Japanese person.

They speak Japanese and the service is not bad. However, the treatment was terrible. I asked for a full lift from the roots, and they said they could do it, but when they started, they were barely lifted. For some reason, they added a curl, and my lashes, which were already drooping and uneven, were just loosely curled and evened out. It wasn't what I wanted, and it was way off. When I asked if it was lifted, they said it was the thinnest lot and couldn't be lifted any further. Other eyelash salons have done it well, and there were no issues, so I think it was a matter of technique. When I said I couldn't pay for something like this, they insisted that I pay half the price, since they'd spent their time and fees on it. They didn't care, and when I told them I wouldn't pay, they canceled the treatment. I'll never go there again, and I don't recommend them.

Up until now, I've never been satisfied with the results of eyelash perms, but the staff member who performed the treatment did a fantastic job. My eyelashes, which I thought were short, are now beautifully curled, and I'm so happy! Both the technique and the staff member's personality were wonderful, so I'll definitely come back again.
