Excellent service, attention to detail, and care when I needed a small adjustment to the lashes. Super fast and excellent price. I had the natural C curve set done with about 120 lashes per eye. It was so fast— it maybe took an hour total at most. Maybe less!

Had the best experience here! Even though the artists don’t speak English, they will still help you with your beauty inquiries (which is not common in Tokio if you don’t speak Japanese). I did a lash lift here and the woman that helped me did a truly wonderful job! My lashes are beautifully curled, sky high and separated like they should be. They were gorgeous the first day and became even better the days after. I’m very happy with the results and would recommend this place to everyone!

Visited here for the first time to get lash extension and I loved the process. It was so simple, easy and the lady that did my extension was so gentle that I fell asleep numerous times during the session. Highly recommended.

This is my first review outside of those I was asked to write. First, I sincerely apologize for being approximately 8 minutes late due to a train delay. I tried calling the salon before arriving to let them know I would be late, but couldn't get through. Just as I was about to give up, I received a call from a different number not registered with the salon. At that time, I was told that the treatment would be partially changed due to my lateness, and I accepted this, as it was my fault. I apologized both over the phone and in person upon arrival, but received no response; they remained silent throughout, making me feel very uncomfortable. There were three staff members at the reception, and the other two, besides the one who didn't respond, also remained expressionless throughout, creating an overall atmosphere that made it very difficult to approach them. I fully understand that I was at fault for being late, but I was surprised by the lack of even a basic response, and I would have appreciated at least a brief reply. The pre-treatment questionnaire included a section on "How you would like to spend your time during the treatment," but given the atmosphere of the salon, I felt it would be better not to converse, so I selected "I would like to spend my time quietly." Regarding the waxing, the temperature was checked during the initial application, but after the thinning was finished and I thought the waxing was complete, the technician applied more wax without any explanation and immediately removed it, which surprised me. Furthermore, applying wax over such a wide area, surrounding my entire eyebrow, all at once was a first for me at any salon I've ever been to, and I was very surprised. After returning home, I read reviews and found that several people had similar experiences, so I realized I wasn't alone. The amount of wax used was also large, and removing it over such a wide area at once caused considerable pain. I think I would have felt more comfortable if there had been more communication before and during the procedure. Also, although I requested that the thickness of my eyebrows not be changed, the finished result was much thinner than I expected, and the space between my eyebrows became considerably wider than before, which was very disappointing. After the procedure, I was asked about the results, but due to the atmosphere of the salon, although I really wanted to tell them it wasn't what I wanted, I could only say, "It's okay." While I admit I was late, the overall atmosphere, including the customer service and the procedure itself, was not conducive to a comfortable and reassuring experience. This experience taught me the importance of carefully checking reviews beforehand when choosing a salon. It was a valuable lesson. Thank you. I will never use your services again.
