I recently revisited this salon because the previous visit was very successful. It seems the person who did my eyebrows last time has left, so I didn't request a specific staff member this time. However, this is the most disappointing result I've ever experienced. They were very polite and helpful, so I felt bad saying anything about the result at the time. But my eyebrows are noticeably asymmetrical in height, and the hairs aren't trimmed at all... They're cut too short and sloppily, so no matter how much I draw them in, they don't look natural. I've been struggling with them every day since my visit, but to no avail, and I'm practically in tears every day while doing my makeup. I could have done a much better job doing it myself. While I understand that there might be some variation in skill, I would appreciate it if you could assign senior staff members to ensure a certain level of quality is maintained.

It was my first visit, and I didn't even know if it would suit me, but they kept talking about paid options the whole time. They didn't mention any free options at all, only paid ones, so I lost all motivation to do anything. They didn't apologize when they pinched my eyelid with tweezers, and afterwards it stung because it wasn't dried properly. They didn't say anything about anything else either, so I'm glad I didn't add any options. It seems like the manager is the one running this shop, so I'm sure this is their policy, and it doesn't suit me, so I have no intention of ever visiting again.

I've been going there many times, but I've finally reached my limit, so I'm writing this. I always book appointments for perms, but I find it very unpleasant to hear the manager and assistant manager (Ms. S) chatting during the treatment. I assume they're just chatting when they don't have any appointments and nothing to do, but are they aware of how much their voices carry to those around them? Even when I'm having a consultation with a different stylist, I can see the two of them chatting next to each other, which honestly doesn't feel good. Furthermore, when one of them is my stylist, I can hear their chatter continuing from behind me during the processing time of the chemicals, which is stressful rather than relaxing. While I wouldn't mind if it were work-related, I sometimes overhear topics I don't want to hear, such as relationships, which is very annoying. Also, this isn't limited to just these two, but I think it would be better if they stopped using their smartphones in places where customers can see them, as it creates a sense of distrust. (The main issue I'm concerned about is Assistant Manager S...) I trust the skills themselves and have continued to come here, but if I keep having such unpleasant experiences, I can no longer maintain my desire to come. I've put up with it many times before, but if things don't improve, I intend to switch to a different salon.

The treatments are hit or miss, but they always accommodate last-minute appointments, so I'd like to continue going there. I'd like them to be consistent in the way they blow air on me after applying my eyelash extensions. Last time, they didn't do that, so I asked them to. I couldn't stop crying. (*_*) I look forward to seeing you again!

I've been going there about once a month for about a year and a half. I've been requesting the manager since the Okachimachi days, and I'm always very happy with the results, which always exceed my expectations. Depending on my hair growth cycle, the results can last for over a month. It's conveniently located near the station, and I really like the atmosphere of the salon, including the enjoyable conversations with my stylist. It can be difficult to get an appointment at times, but I'm looking forward to seeing you again next month!
