I had a wonderful experience! My artist spoke minimal English but she was very friendly and attentive, and I found it to be quite easy to communicate through Google translate. She was very gentle and explained each step clearly while asking for my preferences. I had lash extensions from a different store and needed a fill, she was quick, clear pricing and right on time. Great experience, lashes turned out great! She took her time to make sure she matched my lash style for my foreign fill. Thank you so much for taking me in so quickly after I emailed.

Came here when I was in Japan for holidays. Love the service and quality of extensions. They went above and beyond. With limited English that the staff could speak. I was shown an english menu of what are available and was explained how they will do the extensions to get the outcome that I want. The whole process was very gentle and comfortable that I actually fell asleep. The lashes were amazing and could withstand many sessions of hot spring baths. It's been almost 1.5 weeks and only one strand had fallen off. This is by far the most amazing lash extensions that I have. Could never get such quality in Perth or Singapore where I have had mine done. They literally feel like feather on my own lashes. I had my previous lashes extensions and they waived the removal fee for me. There was also a paper for the aftercare of lash extensions. Highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to experience Japanese eyelash extensions. Booking was hassle free with email. Can be done with English. Response was quick. No deposit was required. I had my booking made 3 weeks before my trip.

I decided to get my lashes done while visiting Tokyo in December. The women who did my lashes was so gentle and kind. The studio was clean. Although there was language barrier she took the time to figure out what I wanted :) I’d still consider this a foreign friendly salon. The chair was so comfortable too and the glue did not irritate my eyes. It has been almost 2 weeks and my lashes still look good! This review is long overdue. I’ve been coming here for around six months, and I’ve had a great experience every time. The girls were patient and understanding when I needed to communicate in my very limited Japanese. The receptionist who helped to book my appointments spoke English well and was easy to work with. In almost every eyelash salon I went to in the U.S., it was painful at times to have the eyelashes applied, but here, I haven’t encountered that issue. The appointments are relaxing. The results have been very natural and I like how my eyelashes look afterward.
