I've been a regular customer for a long time, and I was really happy with the results, but last time my eyelashes weren't curled at all, and a friend even asked if I'd had a lash perm, so I asked for a redo. However, they didn't mention the appointment I'd always made, so I contacted them about the price and other things, but their replies became slower from there, and finally, my next appointment was canceled, and they unilaterally told me they wouldn't take any more appointments. This is the first time something like this has happened to me, and I'm feeling terrible.

I've worked at a lot of different places, but I love this place because they have great customer service and high-quality techniques. They curl my eyelashes beautifully and they last a long time!
