OAK eyelash&nailたまプラーザ

I requested a Parisian lash lift, but I was very disappointed because my lashes weren't even lifted 50 degrees when viewed from the side. I specifically asked for them to be lifted perfectly from the inner corner to the outer corner of my eye… I've been getting perms for many years, but because my eyelashes are naturally thick and long, I've never had a bad experience with a lash perm before. This was the first time I'd been so disappointed, and I was shocked. The roots weren't lifted, and the tips were straight… I would have preferred a curl design rather than a Parisian lash lift. They should have just said they couldn't do it. I got a perm, but now I'll have to use an eyelash curler every day. The service felt very much like an assembly line; my belongings were handled carelessly, and instead of recommending the point card, they just asked, "Do you need it?" I felt like they didn't want me to come back and that I was a nuisance. Is this what you get at a salon that's just an add-on to a mass-market hair salon (OAK)? I ended up with an eyelash technician who didn't charge a nomination fee, so I guess I got unlucky.

I had an eyelash extension appointment for 9 AM, but they had double-booked me, with another customer booked for the same time. Furthermore, I was shocked to be told that they didn't have any staff available to perform the service I chose. If the person in charge had left and no one could do it now, I really don't understand why they kept that service listed in their system. All appointments were booked for that day, so I couldn't change the time and ended up canceling. It was a wasted trip, and I've never experienced such treatment before. Honestly, I was quite upset.
