I don’t usually write Google reviews, even after good experiences, but this place truly deserves a special mention. I was initially a little hesitant because of the Google rating, but our hotel kindly made the booking and explained that in Japan, most people rely on Hot Pepper Beauty, where this salon has consistently strong reviews. I decided to trust that—and I’m so glad I did. From the moment I arrived, the experience was seamless and thoughtful. When they realised I don’t speak Japanese, they immediately provided an English version of the consultation form and clearly explained everything, including the details already noted from my hotel reservation. I was settled into a fully reclining electric chair, given a warm blanket, and had a complimentary consultation about what style would suit me best. I showed a reference photo, and the technician even took a photo so he could match the look as closely as possible. For reference, I chose 140 lashes for volume, a C-curve (the middle curl), and the Gorgeous package. The treatment took about 2 hours, and at ¥13,930, I genuinely think this is a steal for the level of care and result. Another huge plus is that they’re open very late (until 11pm), which is incredibly convenient compared to many other salons. The entire process was gentle, calm, and meticulous. When I was shown the final result and said I loved it, the technician’s visible relief and politeness really showed how much pride he takes in his work. The end result was beautiful, natural, and exactly what I wanted. This salon absolutely deserves a 5 out of 5, and I highly recommend it—especially for tourists and foreigners looking for a professional, welcoming, and high-quality eyelash extension experience in Japan.

I accidentally cut my nail extension that I had done a few days ago with my razor. This salons staff were so incredibly kind and helpful with fixing my nail, even though it was a very complicated request, and they were very patient with my bad foreigner Japanese. I can’t recommend this salon enough!

I've been a customer of this salon for many years, but I'm extremely disappointed with their response this time. I had eyelash extensions done on June 23rd, but almost all of them fell out in just three days. I contacted the salon immediately, but they replied that they couldn't offer free touch-ups or a refund. When I asked if it was normal for them to fall out almost completely in three days, they explained that it was normal for my eyelashes. However, if my eyelashes were truly the cause, they didn't explain this before the procedure. Furthermore, I recall being told on the day of the procedure that they would touch up the extensions for free if they fell out within a week, but this time they said they hadn't made such an explanation, which left me very confused. I also consulted the Consumer Affairs Center, but the salon maintained their stance that they couldn't offer free touch-ups or a refund because they weren't responsible. Because I've been a customer for so long, I'm extremely disappointed with their response this time. I've realized that not only the technique but also the after-sales service is important when choosing a salon. Those considering using this service are advised to check the warranty details and troubleshooting procedures beforehand. We hope this information will be helpful to future users.
