She’s very polite and professional, she went out of her way using google translate speaker to let me know step and step. I hope to see you again when I’ll be in town. The ladies at the salon are super helpful and patient, even with my broken Japanese! The quality is superior to the other nail salon I tried nearby: there are no cracks or lines in the polish even after 3 weeks. They use a mix of paragel along with gel colour and hard gel top coat. I'm super impressed and will certainly continue to go there in the future.

Absolutely horrible, the lady decided to hang up on me when I asked her what the next available date was.

It's really the worst. When I used the nail remover, my cuticles were scraped off so easily that I started bleeding, and it hurt so much that it even hurt to shampoo my nails or pick up things. As a result, the tips of my nails are now completely ruined.

I felt disgusted when they casually badmouthed customers who came into the store. I also heard them complaining about me behind my back when I added an option.
