Nail Eyelash Salon WONDER

The staff can’t communicate even in Japanese properly and I had difficulty understanding what she was saying. In addition the quality of the nail wasn’t good…. Don’t come to this shop although the review on hotpepper wasn’t bad somehow.

This was the worst nail salon I've been to as a tourist. The manager refused to use Google translate to communicate. She did not ask for my preferences/nail shape before filing. She ruined the shape of my nails. Do not come here if you don't speak Japanese or Mandarin as they are unwilling to communicate with you through any other means. Customer service was the absolute worse. NOT RECOMMENDED.

I used to bite my nails, and my nail beds were really short, so I tried various places, but this place gave me a really nice shape and the results lasted a long time. Thanks to this, my nails have grown out and are now beautiful.

The shapes and colors are beautifully finished. This store has the largest variety of colors and parts. They also have a wide range of magnet colors, I want to try them all.

The store is very close to the station. It's nicely designed. I'm very satisfied. Thank you. I look forward to seeing you again.
