Nail&Eyelash Nana

This was the worst service I have ever received at an eyelash extension salon in Japan. The woman who performed the eyelash extensions, who I believe to be the manager, was overbearing and condescending throughout, refused to listen carefully to what I was explaining, and spoke in an angry tone. Even when I explained my wishes and circumstances, her behavior seemed to say, "If you can't accept that, then don't come," and I felt no respect for the customer whatsoever. The person in charge was Chinese, but this is Japan. As a company doing business in Japan and dealing with Japanese customers, I would like them to understand and respect basic Japanese customer service etiquette and customer care standards when running their business. This is not a matter of nationality, but a matter of professionalism and service awareness. This was the worst service I have ever received at an eyelash salon in Japan. The woman who appeared to be the salon manager and handled my appointment behaved in a condescending and aggressive manner throughout the interaction. She spoke as if she were irritated, did not properly listen to what I was explaining, and gave the clear impression of saying, “If you can’t accept this, don’t come here.” There was no sense of respect toward the customer, which is unacceptable in any professional service setting. The staff member is Chinese, but this business operates in Japan. If one chooses to run a business here and serve Japanese customers, it is essential to understand and follow the standards of customer service and professionalism expected in Japan. This is not an issue of nationality, but an issue of attitude, professionalism, and basic service ethics.

They were very friendly and patient with foreigners, and the environment was comfortable. I'm very satisfied with the work; even after a month, my nails are still perfect and long-lasting. Highly recommended.

I was a beginner and it was my second time getting my nails done, but the explanations and treatment were very thorough. Next time I'd like to get some cute details instead of just one color (°▽°) I'd also like to get my feet done. I'll come again.

My gel nails cracked after about two weeks. Then, when I had them removed at a different nail salon, three months in a row, different people told me, "Your natural nails are indented." I've never had them treated so roughly before. Apparently, there's no way to fix it until they grow out completely, so it looks like it will take about six months to heal.
