I couldn't decide on a design at all, so I left it up to them, but they did the work while carefully checking the colors and parts, and they've even uploaded the June design! ======= It's even cuter than I imagined (*ﾟ∀ﾟ*) It's definitely a winner! They pay attention to even the smallest details, so I felt completely at ease leaving it to them! They were incredibly patient with my indecisiveness and didn't show any signs of annoyance at all, I'm extremely satisfied (*≧∀≦*) I immediately made my next appointment!

It's close to my house so it's easy to get to, and I'm very grateful for the fact that I can get my nails and eyelashes done at the same time, as I don't have much time. The consultation was also thorough and I felt at ease, leaving it in their hands. I felt very relaxed during the treatment. It's a salon I would definitely like to visit again.

I don't usually get eyelash extensions or nails done, and I only get them done before events, so I was agonizing over which salon to go to, but then I remembered that a friendly salon had opened a second branch, so I made a reservation! I couldn't leave my son with anyone, so I brought him with me. I wanted to keep things quick and avoid causing trouble for the salon by making a fuss, so I asked for both eyelash extensions and nails at the same time! First, I had a consultation about eyelash extensions! I'm not up to speed on the latest trends, so I asked for more volume! I also wanted more eyelash power! I also wanted to minimize the strain on my natural lashes! They told me about a service called Bind Lock, so I left it to them! As I was talking with the staff, I decided I wanted my eyebrows done as well, so I asked for that as well! Next, I had a consultation about my nails. Because of my job, I can only do one color, so I decided on the color, and I wanted a square shape! I also asked for them to be as short as possible! After the consultation, it was time for the treatment! My son was well looked after by the staff, and I dozed off because the reclining chair was so comfortable. 💤 All done. Eyelash extensions, eyebrows, and nails. Everything went exactly as I wanted, so I was very satisfied. 👏 I also asked for eyebrows to be done, so the appointment ended up being longer, but the staff were very considerate of my son, which was very helpful. ✨ You can get eyelash extensions and nails done at the same time, and it's a child-friendly salon, so I highly recommend it. ♥ I'll definitely book again. ♥

I'm posting this because I want them to improve and do their best in the future. The staff did their best, but they lacked experience (they might have been junior nail technicians, but this wasn't mentioned on Hot Pepper), so I think the owner should be more aware of the situation, which is why I'm writing this. It's not a matter of whether it was bad or not, but rather that improvement is needed. As background, I usually do my own nails. This time, I went to the salon because I wanted to save time. ① Inappropriate indication of treatment time The booking form stated that being 5 minutes late would affect the treatment, so I arrived 5 minutes early. Because the previous customer was 10 minutes late, I waited 15 minutes before starting. The treatment itself should have taken 1 hour and 45 minutes, but it took 2 hours just for the treatment. So I was in the salon for 2 hours and 15 minutes. They should change the treatment time sooner. There was another staff member there, so they should have stepped in to help and keep to the schedule. ② Inadequate cuticle care Although cuticle care was offered, the drill was only lightly applied, leaving a lot of cuticle behind. I really thought they didn't know what they were filing. Why didn't they notice? There was so much cuticle left that I had to redo it at home. As expected, some nail polish got on my cuticles, and I had to file it down myself. ③ The post-drilling treatment was too sloppy. They tried to apply the base coat while there was still a lot of dust from the drilling process on my fingers, so I wondered what was going on and spoke up. When I told them there was still dust, they apologized and wiped it off, but there were fibers and dust mixed in the base coat. I thought, "Ah, this is going to lift soon," but it was taking a while, so I gave up. ④ The removal process should be changed. They wrapped both my hands in aluminum foil, and after removing the foil from my right hand, they left the foil on my left hand and started the cuticle care process on my right hand first. The staff member didn't talk, couldn't use their phone, and there was a period where I couldn't do anything. If they've decided not to talk, they should at least provide something like an iPad to watch videos to prevent boredom. ⑤ The nail file was poorly executed. Twice, they filed my finger instead of my nail, and only noticed when I said it hurt. It turned red and stung a lot (;;) ⑥ The table was too makeshift. It was wobbly and too small. It's unusable for nail work. They were using a side table. The staff member's feet were too close, making it impossible to move my own. I was surprised that something like this could happen! ⑦ Overall, they were too inexperienced. I understand that NEEJ is newly opened. However, they seemed far too amateurish. It seems they may not have even been to other nail salons themselves. I felt their business was in danger of failing if things continued like this. I hope they gather more information. I hope they learn a lot. They are far too amateurish. I love the town of Omori, so please become a beloved nail salon (;;)

This was my first time getting magnetic nails. They were very thorough and the finished product was beautiful, so I'm very satisfied. I definitely recommend you give it a try!
