But hard to find the place, it’s in one of the residential buildings with a gym ad.
I visited for an eyelash perm! The consultation was thorough, and I felt completely at ease entrusting myself to them. I'm extremely satisfied with the results; it's the best I've ever had, exactly as I envisioned. The salon had a calm atmosphere, and the staff were kind and helpful, making me feel relaxed. I would definitely like to come back again!
The calm atmosphere and attentive service made for a very pleasant experience. I'm also very grateful that I can get my eyelashes and nails done at the same time! The finished result is beautiful, and it lifts my spirits every time I look at my hands. This is a salon I definitely want to continue visiting.
I booked an appointment for eyelashes and nails. My eyelashes were beautifully curled with a perm, and my nails turned out in a lovely color. I'm very satisfied. I was able to relax on the plush sofa, fall asleep, and wake up to find my eyelashes and nails done – it was a very comfortable experience.
I've used this restaurant many times because it's close to my home. They've always been polite and helpful, so I've never had any complaints. However, today I was offended by the conversation between a staff member and a customer sitting next to me. While I can tolerate some lighthearted conversation, it was a private conversation between two men... their voices were loud, their language was rude, and they were saying things like, "I stopped because it was annoying," and "Figure it out yourself." Since I was sitting right next to them, I couldn't help but hear it, even if I didn't want to. At one point, I tried covering my ears, but that didn't get the message across, so I told the staff member myself, "It's too loud, can't you do something about it?" The staff member didn't seem to hear me and didn't seem to care. I wanted to tell the staff member of the customer sitting next to me, but they didn't even apologize. I understand that they might enjoy chatting with friendly customers, but this was going too far. Furthermore, on the afternoon of April 1st, there was no manager present, so I had no choice but to tell my assigned staff member. When I said I wanted to give feedback, I was told to inquire through the website, but the official website is not accessible. It's utterly irresponsible. During the treatment, the staff member with the rude language was on the phone after 2 PM, but she gave a listless response like, "I don't know, please ask headquarters," which was unpleasant to listen to throughout. I understand that there are all kinds of customers, and some may want to talk and others may not. I'm not saying they shouldn't talk at all, but I would appreciate a little consideration. The reservation site had information about measures against customer harassment, but the official website was inaccessible, and I couldn't find any contact information. I don't understand how they can claim to deal firmly with customer harassment under these circumstances. I know they probably aren't interested in the opinions of occasional customers, but this is a very disappointing establishment. I would not recommend it to others.
