A friend recommended me to go for nail care for the first time because I play baseball. I was surprised that I can now grip the ball firmly and my ball speed has increased by 3-4 km/h. My middle finger is the last finger to catch, so if I make it too strong it will put a strain on it, so I'll shorten the nail a little and use a softer material." They carefully finished each finger. It might be easier to communicate your request to the nail technician if you bring a ball with you. Apparently, they also often see people who play guitar, which puts a lot of strain on their nails.

It depends on the condition of my nails and the season, but it usually lasts about 1.5 to 2 months, which is really helpful. Eyelash perms are also great because my natural lashes are too long, so I don't have to bother using an eyelash curler anymore. I try to be careful not to fall asleep during the perm, but I feel like I snore every time anyway (lol). I'm so sorry about that (_ _;)
