The salon has a great atmosphere, and the person who treated me today provided excellent service and a beautiful treatment, so I'm very satisfied. However, the woman serving next to me spoke a little too loudly, which made me a little uncomfortable. It's fine to have fun chatting with customers, but I think they could be a little more considerate of other customers. The person serving me was very nice and I'd like to go again, but with someone with a loud voice sitting next to me, I don't want to pay the money to go back. I wish they would try to lower the volume of their voices a little more.

I booked an appointment here a few months ago, but when I woke up this morning, it had been canceled without my consent, with the explanation that I had a fever and couldn't receive treatment. I think they should at least get my consent or explore other options. Even if it was a practice model through minimo, I think this is dishonest. It was very disappointing because I couldn't send a message after the cancellation.

I love how long the curl of my eyelashes lasts! However, I was bothered by the staff member's loud conversation during the treatment and their inquisitive questions about my personal life.
