I feel bad leaving this review but I think the result of my manicure speaks for itself… I paid 11400 yen for this and it took 2.5 hours. I asked for a simple style like the last picture. The extension shape and polish are all messy : (
The finished product and the staff's service were both excellent. Thank you very much!
I don't recommend it. It took about two hours for one color... They did it carefully, but the quality of the finished product was low... It's best to avoid it.
I found this salon on Hot Pepper the first time. I'm very happy with the results. People around me always compliment me, saying, "It looks so great!" This is the first time I've ever gone to the same nail salon so consistently. It's close to the station, so I'll keep going there.
The nail work itself is average, but it takes a long time. Aurora nails (no parts or art) took 2 hours. The first time I went, they asked about my job offer, and when I answered, they said something about how women are hired based on their looks, which was very shocking. The biggest problem is the Parisian lash extension. The person who did my lashes last time was skilled, but this time the lash technician was terrible. There are three reasons: ① No communication I think it's normal to ask if you feel any discomfort when applying the tape at the beginning, but I was surprised that they didn't say anything. ② It stung my eyes The liquid clearly got into my right eye and it hurt, so I told them immediately, but they didn't even say sorry. The same thing happened to my left eye, and it hurt a lot. Don't they have any awareness of being careful...? I was appalled. ③ Poor customer service I only requested the treatment on my upper lashes, but my lower lashes got a strange bend in them, so I called the next day to have it fixed. I was told it would be difficult to fix. The solution was to get a Parisian lash extension on my lower lashes as well, and I was surprised that I would have to pay for it. Why should I, the one who was wronged, have to pay? It makes no sense. Besides that, they didn't explain the fees properly, and the shop was rude. I went there because it was the only place nearby that offered simultaneous treatments, but I will never go again. Anyone considering going should definitely stay away.
