I felt that everything, from customer service to the treatment itself, was sloppy! I made a reservation through Minimo, but the reservation details, menu details, and notes did not mention a separate 500 yen charge for removal. Upon arriving at the salon, I was told it was 500 yen, and when I pointed out that it wasn't mentioned, they said it was in their selling points. However, this is the first time I've seen a salon that lists an additional charge in its selling points. They should realize that it's difficult for customers to see. From the initial consultation, the service was unpleasant. The towel placed over my eyes during removal was thrown carelessly, and the removal material and the finished result caused pain and redness around my eyes that I haven't experienced at other salons. Even when they raised the chair, it was blatantly careless, making for a very unpleasant experience. The treatment itself, including removal and 120 lashes, was completed in 45 minutes, but with such sloppy service, I'm not even sure if I received 120 lashes. I regret not reading the reviews before going; it was a learning experience!
