This was my first visit, and the consultation was incredibly thorough. They really understood my wishes, and I felt completely at ease entrusting my hair to them! The finished result exceeded my expectations, and I absolutely love the color. They also clearly explained styling techniques and home care, so I think I can recreate it myself. The salon had a very comfortable atmosphere, and all the staff were kind and friendly, making for a very enjoyable experience. I would definitely like to come back again! Thank you so much!

Terrible. You should avoid it. I don't recommend it. They have absolutely no sense of time management. The day before my original Saturday appointment, I received a call saying the person in charge was feeling unwell and suggested Sunday at 11 AM. I had plans, so I said I would adjust my schedule and contact them, then hung up. After adjusting, I contacted them to say I could go, but they said they had another appointment and couldn't make it. I asked if that was ridiculous, and they said they would adjust their schedule again, but then never responded. I will never go there again.

I used their services for the first time after a friend recommended them, and I was very satisfied with the staff's service and the results. Since it's close to my house, I'll definitely use them again!
