I visited this salon in Ikebukuro because I was looking for a men's eyebrow salon. I was a little nervous since it was my first time at an eyebrow salon, but the staff gave me a very thorough consultation and shaped my eyebrows naturally to suit my bone structure and overall look. The finished result gave me a much cleaner look, and I feel like my overall facial impression has improved considerably. It wasn't overdone, and the atmosphere was very welcoming for men, which I really appreciated. I highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for men's eyebrows or an eyebrow salon in Ikebukuro. I'll definitely be back.

I came to this salon in Ikebukuro because I was looking for a place that does eyelash perms. The consultation was very thorough, and they suggested a design that suited the shape of my eyes. Today was my second visit! I booked an appointment because the extensions lasted much longer than at my previous eyelash extension salon, and I went today. I told the technician immediately after the session, but it was so incredibly noisy that I couldn't relax at all. I had to keep my eyes closed and my neck tense the whole time, enduring considerable discomfort for about an hour and a half. The eyelash extension technician was skilled and meticulous, and I have no complaints there. However, I was shocked by the complete lack of consideration for the client's comfort during the hair and makeup and kimono dressing! Please consider how I felt having to listen to such loud noise for an hour and a half with my eyes closed. (I only slept for two hours today, and since I had an eyelash extension appointment, I was hoping to get some sleep. Of course, I went there expecting to be able to sleep, without knowing how noisy it would be.) It seems today was a university graduation ceremony, but it's extremely inconvenient if they don't close the salon during the noisy hours on such days, or at least inform clients in advance about the noise. I've never seen another eyelash extension salon this noisy! Please take some measures, such as completely separating the booths, or if that's not possible, building soundproof walls... I checked, and they said it was just for today, so I plan to go to the shop again next time, but it was quite stressful. I also run several shops dealing with customers, but this is the first time I've encountered a shop with such a lack of consideration for customers! It was unbelievable. This is directed at the hair and makeup/dressing service, not the eyelash extensions... I was satisfied with the eyelash extension technique and the polite service. So I will go again!! But it was so noisy that I would normally stop going! Please think about it a little more. I decided to become a regular customer because I liked it so much... There must be many people who don't like noise. Please be considerate. If it's impossible for business reasons, please think of something. I'm scared to go back next time, so I'll bring earplugs.
