Lucia Lash and Brow /Lash Lift /Brow lamination /Eyelash Extension /Azabujuban/Roppongi

I came in with little specific knowledge, as I don’t get my lashes done often, just with a general idea what I wanted. She was so great and very patient especially as I do not speak Japanese (she was kind enough to speak English to me and explain exactly what she was doing - she had great English !). I had just been wanting a top up of my previous lashes, and she did a fantastic job fusing the two seamlessly. I highly recommend especially as a foreigner with hesitance to try someone new she exceeded my expectations.

The booking system was straightforward and easy to use. The lash work itself is good — Kana was very gentle, and I appreciated that no pressure was applied to my eyes. There was quite a lot of taping (more than I’m used to), but that comes down to technique and experience. The lashes look great overall, though slightly more grouped than fluffy. I’m hoping they separate more after washing. I asked about adding an eyebrow tint and was told rather abruptly, “I don’t have time.” From experience, brow tinting can usually be done during one of the lash processing stages, so the response felt dismissive as there was time. I arrived 7 minutes late because the entrance was difficult to locate — the building looks like a residential property and isn’t clearly marked. I understand punctuality matters and take responsibility for that. However, my 10:45am appointment started at 10:53am and finished at 11:53am, that's not a crime. Despite this, the tone throughout felt as though I had caused a major disruption, and I was ushered out quite abruptly. While the technical result is good, the overall experience felt tense rather than welcoming. Given the many quality lash salons available, I would not return to this branch.

Got my brows waxed and LED lashes extensions with Kana and had a wonderful experience! Had a brief consultation and Kana gave me amazing recommendations. The whole process was very relaxing and my lashes and eyebrows came out exactly how I wanted. If you are in the Tokyo area I would recommend trying this place for LED lash extensions and/or getting your eyebrows done as well!

I highly recommend this place!!! I had the best experience getting my lashes and brows done. The whole process was very relaxing, I almost fell asleep. The technician was lovely and spoke english. Will definitely come back when im in Tokyo again.

I did a lash lift + tint, and eyebrow waxing. Very happy with the results! Kana was great and super gentle, the wax hurt a LOT less than I remembered it to be compared to other salons! She was also able to show me what the shape would look like even before the wax to be absolutely sure that I would be happy with it. Would definitely come again, thank you! :)
