During the procedure, the medication seemed to have come into contact with the mucous membrane of my eye, causing severe pain and a burning sensation, so the procedure was stopped midway. The tape around my eye was repeatedly reapplied, making me a little worried that the practitioner might be inexperienced, but the procedure began anyway. When the liquid was applied, it suddenly started to sting, and they wiped it off with a wet cotton pad. Even after the pain started, I told them, "I can't continue today, so I'm going home," and left. Despite this incident, there was no explanation from the manager, and I don't even know the name of the person who performed the procedure. I had to contact them myself regarding the refund, and they did handle it. What happened is unavoidable, but I think they should have reported it to the manager first, as I could have easily lost my sight. I actually visited the salon and received part of the procedure, but after leaving, my reservation was cancelled, and I couldn't post a review on the reservation site, so I'm posting it here. More than the trouble during the procedure, the subsequent handling of the situation was disappointing.

I've been going there once a month for several years now because of my ingrown eyelashes. I'm so relieved to be free from the pain of ingrown eyelashes. I don't specifically request anyone, but I appreciate that everyone provides pleasant service and careful treatment. It's clean, quiet, and the prices are reasonable, which I really appreciate. I look forward to seeing you again.

I was told I didn't have a reservation, and even though I said I was here, they said I didn't have one. In the end, I did have a reservation and they apologized, but if I were to get treatment here again, there are plenty of other good salons, so I will never book here again. Also, the things they repeat back to you on the phone are different every time, so it's better to wait for their response. I had to correct them every time, and the quality of the phone staff is poor.

This was my first time using your services, and both the consultation and the treatment were very thorough. I was also very grateful that you were able to accommodate me from early in the morning.
