I've used their service several times, and this was the fastest I've ever experienced. I think I was only in the salon for about 30 minutes. I thought the curl was a little less pronounced than last time, but I think that's probably because my eyelashes are too short right now (lol) → They're sparse and short right now, probably due to the after-effects of hay fever (T_T) The roots were firmly lifted. The staff were friendly, fun to talk to, and even gave me advice on how to use eyelash serum. I'll do my best with my eyelash growth treatment!

I regularly go there because I can easily try out their beauty treatments. After several photofacial treatments, my pores have become less noticeable. I want to continue with the treatments.

I've been going there for over a year, but I'll never go again. I don't even want to give it a single star. There was a misunderstanding about the price, and I asked for an explanation, but all I got was a half-hearted apology, and I felt like I just wanted the conversation to end quickly. The other day, when I went to pay, I was suddenly charged more than double the usual amount. The previous staff member explained that this was a mistake, but I couldn't accept that they suddenly told me that. I would have preferred if the store had been even slightly willing to admit their mistake, but before I knew it, they treated me like I was the one with the wrong understanding, which made me feel very uncomfortable. It's unacceptable for staff members to give different prices and explain prices to customers inappropriately.

I always receive such careful and thorough service. I'm very happy with the beautiful, defined curls I got this time too! I'll definitely be back again.

It's a stylish and cute place, and not a bad shop at all. The machine, although it's for cosmetic hair removal, has two types of light output and I could definitely feel the power. Water is available for free and unlimited. However, there was a lot of hair left on the treatment bed from the previous customer. I think it would be better if they cleaned it after each customer change. I was able to use my Hot Pepper Beauty points without any problems.
