I honestly don't understand why this place has such high customer reviews. I requested an eyelash perm, but the result was clearly uneven; one side was barely curled at all. The quality is unbelievable for a professional job. During the procedure, the chemicals stung quite a bit, causing significant pain, and I felt uneasy, so I asked them to wipe it off midway. At this point, I had serious concerns about safety. Immediately after the procedure, the lashes looked like they were in shape, but by the next day they had already started to fall apart, and five days later, a large number of lashes on my right side had fallen out. I regularly use lash serums, so this damage is quite shocking. I feel this service is nowhere near the level expected for something that's worth paying for. The fact that the perm had worn off even more after I got home suggests there are problems with both the technique and the procedure itself. Furthermore, I was given a face mask and other items at checkout as a reward for posting a review, but I think this is a problem even before considering the service itself. I was also offered a discount for my next appointment, but I feel very uncomfortable being encouraged to return after this experience.

I always go to this salon for eyelash perms. They lift my lashes really well from the root. The perm easily lasts for about a month. I appreciate the relaxing atmosphere and the kind and friendly staff. I definitely want to continue going to this salon.
