I'm so happy with my eyelash extensions! I got the 300 volume lashes and the whole process took about an hour or even less. The result was beautifully natural with a soft glam touch—exactly what I was hoping for! I had them done by Minori who had the gentlest hands—I actually fell asleep during the session. I ended up booking twice during my 3-week stay in Japan because I loved the results so much. The prices were super reasonable compared to other places I looked into. I’d absolutely recommend this spot to anyone, and I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in Japan!

Decided to try lash lift out based on the good reviews! It was easy to make an appointment on their website and find their venue with google map. (Their sign board below indicates 2nd Floor) I stated on the remarks to request for English :'^) If I'm correct, my lash technician is Minako-san. (In case I wrote her name wrong, my appointment is on 270325, 10am) She is very welcoming and if I didn't understand anything, we will communicate with app translation. The outlet felt comfortable. Came in and the form given was in English too. I wanted a lash lift, I didn't know there are different options to the styling too, she shows me picture with the lashlift names and the description in English. I believe I also fell asleep on their bed, it's so comfortable like the other review mentioned. My lash technician is very skilled, my lashes are so pretty and there's no pain throughout. The procedure timing mentioned on the website is accurate too. (Mine took exactly 55mins from the time I entered the outlet.) I really appreciate my lash technician for making this a wonderful experience. Definitely recommend trying them out! Thank you so much!!

I am really satisfied with the result! My lashes look long and full. Personally, I prefer my lashes to be more on the dramatic style, but there are natural options available too. The staff speaks English well and was able to explain the whole procedure to me and my friend, from the length of the lashes to the thickness to the two different techniques they offer. The atmosphere is also really good, they make sure to make you feel welcome and relaxed and there is nice meditative music flowing in the background. The prices are fair and affordable too. Would definitely come back.
