A privately owned eyelash salon. I booked an appointment on a whim through Hot Pepper, but I've become a repeat customer because of the attentive service, the completely painless treatment, the design, and the long-lasting results. I appreciate that they accept almost any payment method. However, it's only accessible by stairs and is on the fourth floor, so those with weak legs should be aware.
