I had a perm once, but it only lasted about a week. I happened to have a discount coupon, so I made another appointment to get extensions. But the phone never got through. When I finally got through on the day, they told me they couldn't accommodate a 10-minute delay and asked me to reschedule, but there would be a cancellation fee. It's a terrible salon that doesn't apologize at all and just keeps forcing me to pay the cancellation fee, even though it's their own fault for not being able to answer the phone. Even if it's difficult to answer the phone during a procedure, couldn't they at least call me back?! This is such an incompetent and rude company that I want to give them zero stars.

The salon, which used to be near Shinagawa Seaside, has moved to a room on the first floor of an apartment building closer to Aomono-yokocho. I've been going there since the pandemic because they offer very thorough treatments at reasonable prices.

A small shop with only two seats. I had an eyelash perm. You can choose your preferred design. It lasted for a month. However, the curl was gentler than I expected; I might have been better off choosing a design that gave a more dramatic curl. I'll try a different design next time. I've never experienced much stinging at any salon before, but this was the first time my eyes stung. It might depend on the condition of your eyes. If you book your next appointment on the same day, you get an additional 500 yen off on top of the 550 yen discount for visits within 6 weeks of your last visit, so it's a great deal!

I go there every month and am very satisfied.
