ハニーラッシュ六本木店【HoneyLASH Roppongi】

I went for eyebrow waxing! The service was very polite, and they were particular about the quality of the wax, using two types and choosing the one that suited me best. I've always had the impression that waxing was quite painful, but they did it very carefully and little by little, and used the right wax for me, so I hardly felt any pain. It was the best waxing experience I've had so far. They listened carefully to my requests regarding the finished look, and even after it was finished, they made minor adjustments while listening to my opinions, so I was very satisfied with the result. Later, my friends and boyfriend complimented me on how good my eyebrows looked, which made me incredibly happy! Surprisingly, they have openings on weekday evenings, so it was very easy to book an appointment, which was great! I'll definitely be back!

I am a student who went to Korea to learn eyelash perming. I can never forget the teacher's kindness and the detailed theoretical content of the training. She is still my absolute favorite Japanese teacher among all the teachers I like. It has been several years since I attended the training, but I am writing this review belatedly 🙏🏻

※※This salon has a history of no-shows※※ I don't usually leave comments like this, but I'm leaving one for future reference. They said they would send a confirmation message 30 minutes before the appointment via minimo. They said they knew this was prohibited. Perhaps they were busy? The confirmation message they promised never came, and I was feeling anxious as I headed there. I waited for a call at Roppongi Station, but even after the appointment time had passed, there was no contact whatsoever. Did a last-minute booking come in? They cancelled without my consent. "I wish they had sent me a message confirming the cancellation." They sent a confirmation message 30 minutes before, but didn't even contact me for confirmation... I had been waiting at the station before that... I'm so sad. They broke minimo's prohibited actions, but they didn't follow their own promises. I think this is unacceptable.

Since I live far away, I always rely on your services when I go to Tokyo! As it's a women-only salon, I feel completely at ease. We have such great conversations during the treatment that before I know it, I'm finished looking adorable! ❤️ At other salons, my eyelash extensions fell out very quickly, which was disappointing, but the extensions I get here last so well, I'm truly satisfied every time! I look forward to continuing to use your services in the future.
