I'm shocked at how this business doesn't have a higher rating! I've been here twice, and each time they were professional, kind, and my extensions lasted for a LONG time. They're affordable and this most recent time, the extensions lasted for over a month and a half! They also have good covid precautions and make sure to keep everything sanitized and clean. Definitely recommend.

Hologram has two locations in Roppongi; one only offers eyelash extensions, and the other also offers nail services. I've been going there for many years because the overall service is excellent, including the skill, prices, staff friendliness, and treatment time. I don't always request a specific service, but they're all very skilled. Maybe it depends on the person, but... Also, since I started using the eyelash serum they sell, I've been told my eyelashes have become less uneven and stronger! I highly recommend it. I look forward to continuing to receive bright eyes without the need for mascara.

I've been going there for years, but this was the first time they made a huge mistake. By the second day, the extensions had completely fallen out, but they were almost completely gone on my right eyelash. They blamed it on my own lashes, had a bad attitude, and said they'd offer the aftercare for free. They were condescending. This had never happened before, but even when I expressed my wishes, they refused to accept them, and simply told me it was company policy and their superiors' policy. I didn't see any sincerity. I can only say that it's disappointing. I don't often write reviews, but I thought this might be a shame for someone else to experience this. I paid money to get a beautiful look, but the treatment was unsatisfactory, leaving the customer dissatisfied. I was worried about the touch-ups, and as expected, they handled it carelessly. They didn't address any issues at all, which is really disappointing. I'll never go back. I hadn't looked at reviews before, but I just noticed a lot of them saying the experience was not very good. Despite the store's recent stricter rules and price increases, the staff's response when things go wrong is still awful. The durability of the product after application varies depending on the person who does the treatment. It doesn't feel like a good deal anymore.

I initially booked an appointment because of the price, but I've been going back for years because they provide quick and thorough service. I always get the Parisian lash lift, but recently, since my lashes have grown longer, they've suggested I try a lash perm next time, which I really appreciate. The sofa I sit on during the treatment is so plush and comfortable that I often fall asleep immediately if I'm tired from work.

It was disappointing. It might be a problem with the staff member's skill, but I experienced considerable pain during the procedure, and after opening my eyes, I felt an intense foreign body sensation, which might lead to infection. The staff member was kind and even helped with contacting hospitals. Unfortunately, because it was nighttime, the nearest hospital with an ophthalmology department was quite far away. The skill level likely varies depending on the staff member. I think it would be better to go on a weekday or Saturday afternoon, during the operating hours of the neighboring ophthalmology clinic.
