The lady who served me was nice. However, she didn't confirm the design, only the length, and I misunderstood and ended up putting it on at the wrong length. As a result, it was removed, but I felt a stinging sensation that I had never felt before, which made me uneasy. I wonder what that remover was for...

I strongly advise against going. Even as a practice session, the treatment was incredibly poor. It was cheap because it was a practice session, but I ended up having to get it removed and redone elsewhere, so it ended up being expensive in the end! Even though I booked through Minimo, they suggested I cancel, and despite my persistence, they remained silent until I agreed. I was shocked; I've never been to a salon like this before. When I inquired about this later, I received the following message: "Regarding the cancellation process on Minimo, this was done as a measure taken by the salon to prevent problems, due to the adjustment of fees associated with menu changes (if the actual menu price you pay is lower than the price at the time of booking, the salon's burden will increase)." This practice is a violation of the rules, as stated in the Minimo regulations. They say it's to prevent problems, but there's no problem with the salon processing the visit. I think they just don't want to pay the Minimo fee. I suspect their real purpose isn't to prevent problems, but to "guarantee their profits."

I had 400 eyelash extensions done at One Hon. During the procedure, the stylist kept touching my bangs and other hair, which was very unpleasant. Touching someone's hair excessively, regardless of whether it's me or someone else, shows a lack of consideration for women who care for their hair. The procedure itself was poorly done; my eyes stung so much that I couldn't open them, something I've never experienced with eyelash extensions before. Also, some of the extensions stuck to my lower lashes, which was very disappointing due to the sloppy work. Perhaps sensing this, they canceled my reservation through minimo without my knowledge, seemingly to avoid writing this review. Furthermore, even though they weren't more than 15 minutes late, they stalled for time, starting the procedure 15 minutes later and charging me an additional fee.

I'd been working hard to grow my eyelashes, but after getting extensions here, they became sparse and messy in less than a week. I've almost never felt pain during removal or eye shampooing before, but every single step here was incredibly painful. I couldn't stop crying for a while, and I couldn't even open my eyes. Because the bind lock technique involves applying extensions in bundles of two or three natural lashes, rather than one lash at a time, it can prevent your natural lashes from growing properly, resulting in unevenness and even causing them to fall out. Those considering this procedure should be careful. Furthermore, I experienced a persistent tingling pain after the extensions were applied... I'm shocked by how much of my own lashes fell out... I think it's definitely better to avoid going to other salons so easily. I wrote an inquiry and review on Hot Pepper about the painful pulling sensation on my lashes, but it was deleted, so I'm posting it here.

The consultation was incredibly thorough, and they were very kind and accommodating when I requested a change to my treatment plan on the day of my appointment.
