I've been going there many times because it's cheap, but this time it was terrible. Even though it was supposed to be bind lock, it looks like there are fewer lashes than flat lashes. The result was awful. When I showed that I wasn't satisfied, they blamed it on my eyelashes. I've had it done here many times, and I've seen the results many times. It's clearly different from usual, and it feels like there are fewer lashes than before they removed the old ones. I'm never going there again. I've booked an appointment at another place the day after tomorrow. I'm going to have them remove everything and redo it. I want my money back.
They are always meticulous and the results last a long time. It's a really great salon. I can't go to any other salon.
The staff's service was absolutely terrible. It's disheartening to think that I paid money and received this kind of treatment. I will never go there again.
