American foreigner making a review: This is the first time I'm getting an eyelash perm and it came out perfect! My lashes are evenly spaced and super beautiful. The service was top-notch. Great attention to detail! And my designer carefully listened to me as we used Google translate for everything. She made me feel comfortable and didn't feel any pain. A clean and ammenible facility. If I'm back in Japan again I will be back! Thank you!

I had my eyebrows waxed and colored by Ms. Kubota. The service was meticulous, and I'm very happy with the results. The price is also reasonable, so I'll definitely be coming back. ----Update---- At other salons, I always developed acne or skin irritation around my eyebrows after waxing, but here, I haven't had any skin irritation on either my first or second visit, which is a huge relief!

After confirming my appointment, I prepared for my 9:30 AM treatment the following day. However, late at night, just before midnight, I received a cancellation notice citing a double booking. Despite the salon's cancellation policy stating "cancellations must be made by 6 PM the day before," the cancellation was made far after that time, making it difficult to book another appointment at another salon. I believe that booking management is the salon's responsibility, and this incident stems from their negligence. Furthermore, having provided personal information during the booking process, I am concerned about whether that information is being managed appropriately. Incidentally, I understand that Ms. Y, the therapist in charge, has since moved to a different company's Shibuya branch. I feel that similar problems may occur for others in the future, and therefore I am posting this review as reference information. (For your reference, I have saved screenshots of all my communication with Ms. Y.)

I usually experience stinging when getting eyelash perms, but this time it didn't sting at all. The results were great, and I'll definitely be coming back. The salon was also clean and nice!
