I've been going to eyelash salons for over 10 years, but this was the first time I've ever been to a place where I felt terrified from start to finish and the results were so disappointing. I arrived on time for my appointment, but I felt rushed from the very beginning. They advertise that they have experienced technicians and provide thorough consultations, but the consultation was practically nonexistent. It's better to think of "skilled" as simply "someone with a long history," not "experienced." Every step of the process was performed with excessive force and roughness. The way they handled the tweezers and removed the tape was also rough and forceful, causing a lot of pain. Not only was the result terrible and a waste of money, but the time I spent with my lashes looking awful while the perm wore off was even more depressing. I want a refund. I will never go there again.

I'm a regular customer for both eyelash extensions and manicures. I'm very satisfied with both the results and how long they last! Even though I'm not very good at explaining things, they always listen kindly and create the look I want. The massages are also excellent, and the conversations are enjoyable, making for a wonderful and relaxing experience. I look forward to continuing to use their services.

This was my first time getting an eyelash perm, and it turned out beautifully! I no longer need an eyelash curler, which makes applying makeup so much easier. The atmosphere was great, and the post-treatment massage was incredibly relaxing! I'll definitely be back!

The treatment is very quick, and they create a beautiful eyelash extension design while consulting with you. The salon's interior is predominantly white, creating a very relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommended.
