I've been getting eyelash extensions for many years, but this is the first time I've experienced this kind of treatment, and I'm very disappointed. I booked an appointment for 100 extensions, but 32 of my previous extensions were still there. At other salons I've used before, they would check the number of extensions remaining and discuss whether I wanted to add 100 or 80. However, this time, there was absolutely no explanation or confirmation about the number of extensions or the price beforehand. After the treatment was finished, I was told, "We added 70 extensions. That's a total of 102. The price is for 80 extensions." I paid for 80 extensions without further explanation. I was very surprised because I thought there would be a consultation and confirmation about the treatment details and price beforehand. If there had been even a brief explanation beforehand, I would have been able to agree. Furthermore, I've had concerns about the service I receive upon arrival. Sometimes I'm not immediately shown to my treatment room upon entering, and the owner's attitude feels cold. This has made me feel increasingly disappointed with each visit. I had wanted to use this salon for a long time, so this kind of treatment was a first for me and I was very disappointed. I hope that improvements will be made so that no other customers will have the same experience in the future.

This salon is open from 9 AM, making it convenient for morning treatments. The treatments are thorough, and even when I had my eyelashes permed too much and needed adjustments, the explanation was clear and the procedure went smoothly. I would like to use this salon again in the future.
