I've been getting my nails done here for years. I appreciate the careful cuticle care and treatment, especially considering the price. I can't really comment on the designs, as I prefer simple styles and don't have any particular preferences, but they're usually willing to try two or three different colors, which I find sufficient. The manicures last a long time; they rarely peel or lift. They're not overly pushy; you can chat or watch videos, making it a comfortable experience.

This was my first visit. They greeted me, but without any friendliness. The service felt like an assembly line. I booked LED flat lashes, but when the procedure started, they just used regular flat lashes. I noticed and spoke up midway through, and they switched to LED lashes, but only offered a perfunctory apology. There was no apology when I left. I thought it was standard practice to wear a mask when getting eyelash extensions, as the procedure involves close face-to-face contact, but they didn't. The stylist's bad breath was very noticeable, and being pregnant, it made me feel nauseous. I asked them to wear a mask midway through, but surely they should wear one when working at such close range? Their hands were also very cold. The procedure itself lacked hospitality. They didn't even offer water. Overall, I felt extremely distrustful throughout the entire experience. Although it was my first visit, I will never go back. The eyelash extensions themselves are still fresh, so I can't say for sure if they'll fall out easily, but the finished result was what I wanted.

I've heard that it's best to try not to swallow your runny nose, but to chew it out as much as possible. However, my fingers were also very cold, which made me a bit worried. Maybe you have a cold? It's really a shame that you can't request a specific technician. The Irish manicure was good, but the flat treatment table made my back hurt, which was a shame.
