I was lost in Kichijoji looking for a lash perm salon, but I finally found one I want to go to! My right eye's lashes always didn't curl up well and would droop quickly, which was a problem for me, but they changed the rod size and now both lashes are curled beautifully and symmetrically! I'm so impressed! I was so happy when I looked in the mirror. The staff member was also very kind and easy to talk to. I'll definitely be back next month!
