I always go to this salon for eyelash perms. I like the style where my lashes are lifted firmly from the root, and they always do a beautiful job. It's also easy to book appointments and the prices are reasonable, which is a great help.

I left a review on Hot Pepper... I received a very selfish response from the salon, so I'm writing this here. Before my second visit, I explained that the previous time, the chemical solution got into my eye (I don't know if it was glue or what), causing severe pain and redness in my eyes. The response made it seem as if I was lying when I said it was my first time getting an eyelash perm and that I had never had one before, but the first time was for eyelash extensions. I was told this at the salon. That's extremely rude, please correct it properly. Also, you wrote that you explained the cost, but when I checked the results in the mirror right after the treatment was finished, I told them that the left and right sides were too different. However, you immediately said, "Okay, then, please have a different staff member do it next time, even though it will cost more." I've had treatments at several other salons, and I'm well aware that different eyelashes have different growth patterns and that the duration can vary as they grow back, but this is the first time that your salon has pointed this out to me right after the treatment. When I was asked where I usually go, I answered Ueno, and they said that area isn't a good place. They told me they were planning to open a new store, so I asked where, and they said Ueno, lol. I've also heard that conversations during customer service are monitored, so please be sure to check carefully. At the very least, please correct your comment that makes it seem like I'm lying, saying that the chemical solution got into my eyes during my last eyelash perm.

This was my third visit today. I was worried because my hair doesn't perm well, but I'm very happy with how well Dolls did it. The result is so clear and defined; I wish I had come sooner. Just between us, I recommend booking through Hot Pepper Beauty using their coupons; it's significantly cheaper.

I've been going there about once a month for almost two years now. The treatments are so comfortable that I always end up falling asleep. I'm always happy with the results of my eyelash perm.
