I made a same-day reservation through Minimo. I opted for a customized eyelash perm. The result was far too natural... Does this mean that a natural finish is best for eyelash perms that suit me? Or is this perm supposed to be natural? I'm not quite sure. My sparse eyelashes just looked more even after the perm. I was hoping for a more dramatic look, so I'm a little disappointed. I understand they want Google reviews after the service, but I think it would be better if they didn't pressure me to write a review on the spot. The atmosphere after the service felt a bit rushed, which was also a little disappointing.

I was a little worried about the location since it was in an apartment, but the room was bright and clean, and I was able to relax during the treatment. I would like to come back again. Next time, I'd like to try a manicure too!

I was encouraged to make a reservation for the next time, and was told that I could change the date anytime, so I called later, but I couldn't get through. I tried again on two different days, but still couldn't get through... I admit I'm partly to blame for taking their words at face value, but it was so inconvenient for scheduling that I decided to just cancel.

The counseling was very thorough, and I was impressed by how carefully they listened to my wishes and concerns. The treatment itself was relatively painless, and I felt at ease. I'm extremely satisfied with the results, which are exactly what I wanted!
