I visited with my child, and they were very kind and helpful. I appreciated that there was a space where we could wait while watching YouTube. They also did a lovely job with my eyelash perm!

I've been a customer for almost four years now. I continue to go there even after moving because of the pleasant atmosphere created by my stylist and the satisfaction I get from the results. Even when I absolutely have to bring my child with me, other staff members are happy to look after them, and the relaxing atmosphere of the salon is a huge help. The results are always perfect, and the treatments are quick, so I highly recommend it.

This was my first visit. I changed my initial reservation to a menu item recommended for better retention, and had 140 lashes applied. However, over 20 fell out on the same day, 80-90 remained after 3 days, and less than 10 after 2 weeks. Perhaps it's a matter of compatibility? The procedure was very quick, but this was the first time I've had eyelash extensions that didn't last this long, and I was quite shocked...

The customer service was surprisingly bad, and the skills were absolutely terrible. I've met many hairdressers in my life, but this is the first time I've encountered one this bad. I don't know if they hate their job or just have no motivation, but they should stop taking their frustrations out on customers. There seem to be several other hairdressers there, so I don't know what they're like, but there's one incredibly bad hairdresser, so be careful. Looking at the reviews, it seems like other people have had the same experience. I wish I had checked the reviews beforehand.

My sister and I visited here together. ❤Manager Midori Tashiro really made my eyes look beautiful, and I was so happy. 😊 The atmosphere was relaxing, the staff were friendly, and I was so happy. 😉 Even though I had eyelashes applied, they didn't feel foreign at all, and it was so relaxing. Everyone, please come here~😄 It's the best^^! 😍
