They did an amazing job, would 100% recommend
Lately, my hands have been really dry and I've been bothered by hangnails, so I got my nails done for the first time in a while. The shop was located on the right side after crossing the intersection, walking through the shopping street from Musashi-Koyama Station. It was about a 3-minute walk. The directions were very detailed, so I found it right away. It was perfect timing because I had an event in Harajuku that evening. My nail technician was Ms. Wakabayashi. She's self-taught in color theory, so she looked at my skin tone and suggested colors that would suit me. I was panicking about what to choose since it had been so long, so I was happy she helped me coordinate. She carefully and beautifully treated my hangnails and split nails, and I really liked the cute nail design. Getting it done by a professional really does improve the results and lifts my spirits. They also offer simultaneous eyelash and nail treatments in a private room, which I'd like to try someday. The shop was clean and had a lovely, homey atmosphere. We had a great conversation, and the time flew by. Thank you for the wonderful nails!
I got gel nails for the first time in a while at Deco, an eyelash and nail salon near Musashi-Koyama Station. The nail technician who did my nails had amazing taste. I'm not very good at explaining things, so I could only vaguely convey what I wanted, but she created a design that was exactly what I envisioned... or rather, even better than I imagined! I was so impressed. She was careful but speedy, and the conversation with the nail technician was enjoyable. There was a TV in a good position to watch, so I wasn't bored at all, and the time flew by. The salon was very clean and beautiful. They even had a semi-private room where you could get eyelash extensions and nails done at the same time, which felt a little luxurious. It's really close to the station, and access is great. If you know where the shoe store is, you shouldn't get lost.
DECO Musashi-Koyama Nail Salon ♡ I got my nails changed at DECO, a nail salon in Musashi-Koyama, before a party! The stylist was so kind and had such a great personality that I ended up making a lot of requests, but she was very attentive and kind. Nails are important to me, so I was really happy.
Honestly, this was the most distrustful experience I've ever had using this service. I contacted them in advance about my delayed arrival due to a flight delay and requested a time change, and they said they could accommodate me. However, in the end, my reservation was unilaterally canceled, and I was charged a cancellation fee as if it were the most natural thing in the world. The explanation was vague, and I was truly disappointed by their complete disregard for my circumstances. Their response was cold, and I felt no sincerity. It was clear they had a "we don't care about the customer's circumstances" attitude. I strongly advise anyone considering using this service in the future to be extremely careful, as they may charge you mercilessly regardless of the circumstances. I would never recommend going there again. Can I get a refund for the cancellation fee? If a refund is not possible, I will contact the consumer center.
