It was my first time at an eyebrow salon, so I was honestly a little nervous, but it was a very relaxing and comfortable space. I really like that they design my eyebrows to suit my overall look and bone structure. Their skills are so good that I think it's definitely worth leaving it to the professionals! I'll definitely be going back! ✨

From my initial phone call regarding a misunderstanding about my reservation to the consultation on the day of my appointment, I was so impressed by the incredibly polite service, gentle personality, and excellent customer care that I decided to post a review, even though I usually don't. I hope it doesn't become too difficult to book an appointment, but I highly recommend it! They adjusted the treatment to suit my eye shape and lash growth pattern, and the result is the most beautiful I've ever experienced! I'm extremely satisfied! The price is slightly higher than other lash perm salons I've been to, so I've given it 4 stars for the price alone, but considering the skill and customer service, I think it's reasonable. I was looking for a place to get lash perms in my neighborhood, so I'll definitely be coming here from now on!

I went because the reviews were good, and it was truly wonderful! I've been getting eyebrow waxing for several years and have been to several salons, but I think this is the best. The explanation and the procedure were very thorough! The eyebrow thinning was almost painless! I was surprised! I thought it might be because of the tools, but they said they take care to thin the eyebrows in a way that minimizes pain. Amazing. Their meticulousness really comes through. Sometimes eyebrow thinning can be very painful, but this eyebrow technician is fantastic. Also, they properly cool the area after the procedure! That's reassuring! The eyebrow technician has a great personality, and they did a beautiful job on my eyebrows. I will definitely be coming back.

Not only is the technique excellent, but the staff are also kind and listen attentively, making every visit a truly enjoyable experience!
