I had a lash lift done here! It was kind of hard to find at first. It was tucked between two Tojiro knife shops and you need to buzz into the building and call 502. Reika-san did an amazing job on my lash lift. She was super nice and professional. This was my first lash lift ever and I didn’t know my straight short lashes could look like this! Fast application

I was undecided between getting a lash perm or extensions, so I booked an appointment through the menu that included a consultation to help me decide. The previous client's treatment was running behind schedule, so it started about 10 minutes late. Waiting wasn't a problem at all, but once the consultation began, perhaps because of the computer, the staff member stood there with a condescending attitude and a half-smile, urging me to hurry up. I couldn't bring myself to discuss anything with them. I specifically chose the "consultation to decide" menu because I wanted to consult with a professional and make a decision. I understand that everyone has different preferences, but even though I asked questions knowing that, they seemed rushed, perhaps because they were in a hurry. The staff member was also making the bed for the previous client noisily, making me wonder if they were angry. Their unfriendly attitude made me not want to receive treatment at all, so I went home. I seriously question how a salon with such staff can have such high ratings. Even their apology didn't seem sincere. When the staff has a bad attitude, you don't feel like being friendly in return, do you? It doesn't even deserve one star. I'm simply stating the facts in both the review and in person. Which party is experiencing exaggerated paranoia? We will take appropriate action on our end.
